Thursday night we went to the Mississippi Braves game with Josh and Claire for Josh's birthday. We had VIP seats down by the Braves' dugout right at the net. It was so close that the players were talking to us. It was so much fun! And for the record, the Braves beat the Chatanooga Lookouts 5-4 after 11 innings.Of course, it didn't hurt that it was Thirsty Thursday with dollar draft beers. That definitely helped us beat the incredibly sweltering heat. I think by the time the game started at 7 it was still 93 degrees with 100% humidity. Ridiculous. Gotta love Mississippi summers...
We had a great time and definitely plan to take advantage of the VIP seats again! And while we didn't make it on the jumbotron for the Kiss Me thing, Claire and Josh actually did. Guess that's a benefit of having your brother as one of the videographers. :)
